I can not express how absolutely wonderful Paige Pennington was to work with. She helped so much with the purchase of our townhome. Helping someone move out of their long term home, from 2 hours away, is never easy. The process took about 2 years. Paige was amazing, kind, and patient, and gave us lots of insight from the start. After Helene we sped the process up as much as we could. She recommended roofers & cleaners, and both worked out great. As much as I hated reaching out and asking for help, because it was often, she always replied and offered whatever help she could. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

My wife and I started thinking about moving over a year ago. We did not have a realtor, so when we clicked the "Request a Tour" button on Zillow, we didn't know what to expect. Paige reached out to me very promptly and offered to show us the house. We didn't end up buying that house, but every few months when a house caught our eye, we would reach out to Paige and she would happily tour it with us. Eventually, we did find our dream home and were able to quickly tour the house (Paige responds quickly and works hard to show you homes quickly if the house is in danger of moving rapidly). I believe we texted her to view the house on a Wednesday evening, we saw it that Saturday, and made an offer that Sunday. Paige is easy to communicate with and working with her made the process fun and easy. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are considering purchasing a home!

I have to say working with Paige Pennington with the Rezvani Property Group was probably the best experience I have had working with Realtors. I live in Florida and was heading back to Florida after a very long road trip. My wife and I randomly wanted to see a log cabin in NC and called the realtor we saw on Zillow (there were several recommendations but we luckily called Paige). She met us at the property and long story short we got under contract. Since I live in Florida, Paige made sure to meet the inspector, set me up with an internet company, connect me with the Propane company, work through some small negotiations and goto bat for me with the seller and so much more. The biggest clue that she is A+ at what she does and understands customer service is now that we have closed i have the internet and gas company coming later in the month to install, they let me know someone must be there with the techs, Paige said no problem at all she will be there to make sure it gets done. She could have easily have "been busy" as the deal is done but she understands service and how to treat and work woth her clients. I couldn't recommend Paige more if you are looking for a home.

Paige did an outstanding job helping us buy a home in the price range we requested. She sent us links to properties that were possibilities. She gave us pros and cons for each one. Paige was always available by phone, either answering the call/text or calling us back quickly. Communicating with her was a breeze. She researched every question we asked and provided us with answers and/or options. Paige was by our side throughout the home buying process. Paige was fantastic and if you are looking for a professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and polite real estate agent, she is the BEST!

Paige did a fantastic job. We worked closely to figure out a best offer, she kept everybody involved, communicating and working to close the sale. She is and was always available, always friendly, and provides services beyond what any other realtor will. She inspected the property numerous times, found us a rental company, recommended people to help modernize and improve the condo, took care of the transfer of keys, locks and all the little details when going into a new home. I am lucky she is my realtor.
